Seven pages of printing instructions printed on rectos only fastened by a staple at top left with sixteen signatures with color and gray scales at bottom of each page all contained in a plain manila folder. Also includes a sample book with dustjacket from Kingsport Press that differs from the regularly published version as the cloth is green backed blue as opposed red backed yellow. Spec sheet attached to front board, else fine. Likely unique. Obtained from the estate of the author. Very good. Item #25925
